I have Hemachromatosis(too much iron in my blood). What foods can I eat that have low iron.? - hemachromatosis and rls

I had hepatitis C and is expected to limit iron intake and during treatment.

Avoid red meat and seafood, and do not cook more than cast iron pans! They add iron to your diet (good) for anemia.

From what I understood from my group liver support that call always check your blood regularly to the build-down, not moving. What is the diet can change it so that you do not go so often.

Good luck to you and be careful.
